Ricotta Scrambled eggs

You will need:
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 of a cup of milk
  • 1/4 of a cup of ricotta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spring onion (approximately 3/4 of a spring onion including the greenest parts)
  • Red and or yellow bell pepper (approximately half of one pepper)
  • 1& 1/2 teaspoons of Garlic powder
  • 1& 1/2 teaspoons of Onion powder
  • Butter/olive oil
  • Chives for garnish
1. Very finely dice your bell pepper and spring onion and place them in a bowl
2. Add the milk, ricotta, garlic and onion powder and salt and pepper - stir well
3. Place some butter or olive oil in a pan and pour in your egg mix
4. Stir well until they are as cooked as you would like
5. Add chives for garnish
