Lemon Mint Water

This is so simple and easy to make. It takes literally two minutes to put together and is amazing in the summer, or any time of the year really.

You will need:
A full jug of water (sparkling preferably, but still is great too): approximately 1 litre
A handful of fresh mint leaves
Two large lemons or limes
Optional: 1 and a half tablespoons of honey

1.Wash  your mint leaves well and add them to your jug of water
2. Wash the outside of your lemons because you will place them in the water as well.
3. Squeeze the juice from 1 and a half lemons into your water and dice the left over half and add it to your jug for garnish
4. Add your tablespoons of honey if you want and stir well
5. Add some ice cubes and serve!

Tip: I like to leave my jug in the fridge for about 30 minutes or more to let the flavour sink in but if you're using sparkling water, the fizziness will go and then you'll be left with weird flat water. Lyke... really serious problemzz.
