Onion Dip

2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cups of sweet onions copped
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 a cup of buttermilk
A handful of minced chives

  1. Heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped onions, cook them until golden
  2. Leave the onions to cool
  3. Mix everything together in a food processer and you are done!
