Pomegranate & Banana Whey Smoothie

 Whey is one of the best sources of protein and this smoothie makes a full meal. (Inspired by Anne Louise Gittleman)

You will need:
Half a banana
2 tablespoons of pure whey powder (mine was banana flavoured)
A cup of water
The seeds and juice from a full pomegranate
A shot of pure cranberry extract
1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil
A pinch of stevia

Very complicated recipe... toss everything in a blender and drink it! It should make about 2 full glasses but having them both is a full meal with protein, healthy fats and wonderful fruit.
