Rucola Parmesian Salad

This is quite probably the easiest salad ever and it is super good.

You will need:
  • 1 bag of fresh rucola (arugula)
  • A fresh block of parmesan cheese
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil

1. Wash your rucola leaves and put them in a bowl once spun and dried
2. With a peeler, slice large slivers of your fresh parmesan and lay them on the bed of rucola
3. Mix together olive oil and the salt and pepper before pouring it on the salad
4. Squeeze fresh lemon and drizzle the olive oil mixture on the salad
