Adapted from The Cutting Edge of Ordinary
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cups of sweet onions copped
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 a cup of buttermilk
Salt
A handful of minced chives
- Heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped onions, cook them until golden
- Leave the onions to cool
- Mix everything together in a food processer and you are done!
