Haricot Vert & Beet Salad

Welcome to yet another recipe with no exact measurements! I hope you enjoy it :)


  • Beets
  • Haricot vert (green beans)
  • Feta
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon 
  • Sea salt


  1. Cook and peel the beets
  2. Chop of the ends of the haricot vert and cook them 
  3. Leave the veggies to cool before garnishing them with freshly squeezed lemon, olive oil and sea salt
