Strawberry Cheesecake Tart
- Approximately 15 large strawberries
- 20 ounces of cream cheese
- Just under a cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
- Pie dough
- Grease a pie dish and bake the dough based on the instructions
- Allow the crust to cool
- Mix the vanilla, cream cheese and sugar together well and then pour it on to the crust
- Leave the tart in the freezer until serving, then garnish them with the sliced strawberries, laying them on top of the filling starting from the outside
