Raspberry Vinaigrette

  • A handful of fresh raspberries
  • Half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
Crush the raspberries in your hands and mix everything together!
