fettuccine
1 shallot
1/2 a cup of cream
fresh parsley for garnish
3 tablespoons of butter
1 clove of garlic
1/2 a cup of cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
- boil the water for the pasta while you melt the butter on a medium heat
- as you cook the pasta, toss in minced garlic and shallots and let them cook
- add the cream and let the sauce boil for a moment before taking it off the heat
- add the cheese, salt and pepper
- mix the pasta in the sauce, garnish with parsley and serve! Don't let it get cold!
