- Green beans (haricot vert)
- Fresh parmesan
- Lemon
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Wash and chop off the stems on the haricot vert
- In a saucepan simmer the beans in in water until they are about 70% cooked and then run them under cold water
- Mix them with olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon, salt and pepper and sliced parmesan
