Raita

  • 1/2 a cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 a cup of finely chopped seeded cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped onions
  • 1/4 of a teaspoon of coriander
  • 1/4 of a teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 2 stalks of mint leaves finely chopped


Mix together and serve :)
