- Large potatoes
- Cooking oil
- Garlic
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Onion powder
- Salt & pepper
- Peel (if you want to) and slice your potatoes into thick wedges
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and drop your potatoes into it
- Let the potatoes fry on high heat
- As they are cooking, drop in the garlic (minced finely/crushed)
- Let the potatoes fry until they are crispy and golden
- Drain the oil and in the pan, mix in your seasonings
And listening to an old favourite of mine. I don't think I'll ever outgrow a Tribe Called Quest.
