You will need:
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 of a cup of milk
- 1/4 of a cup of ricotta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spring onion (approximately 3/4 of a spring onion including the greenest parts)
- Red and or yellow bell pepper (approximately half of one pepper)
- 1& 1/2 teaspoons of Garlic powder
- 1& 1/2 teaspoons of Onion powder
- Butter/olive oil
- Chives for garnish
2. Add the milk, ricotta, garlic and onion powder and salt and pepper - stir well
3. Place some butter or olive oil in a pan and pour in your egg mix
4. Stir well until they are as cooked as you would like
5. Add chives for garnish
