On my grilled eggplant, I have some
tomato sauce, but it's up to you :)
- 1 eggplant (aubergine)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of sea salt
- Wash your eggplant and then cut it into slices
- Finely chop the garlic
- Marinate your slices in olive oil and sea salt
- Place your eggplant slices in a grill pan or you can barbecue them which is even more delicious
- Rotate your slices frequently until they are soft and have well charred lines
- Garnish with a tomato sauce and fresh basil leaves
